Need help identifying this song.?

I heard this song over the radio the other day and it was really,
really good. The singer is a woman with a relatively light voice.
The chorus goes something like:

" lyrics I couldn't make out, baby
lyrics I couldn't make out, baby
lyrics I couldn't make out, baby
lyrics I couldn't make out, baby"

In this particular song, baby is distinctively pronounced "babeh".
The genre of the song certainly isn't hip-hop or anything of the sort.
It's most likely pop, but doesn't sound like the songs you'd hear on
modern radio (e.g. Taylor Swift).
