TNT, Michael Ovitz Developing Tom Clancy's 'Homeland Security'

Getty ImagesMichael Ovitz Michael Ovitz takes another stab within the television business, developing Tom Clancy's Homeland Security with TNT. The project, a procedural turning around a team of domestic intelligence agents who fight competitors fitness center abroad, might be put together by Javier Grillo-Marxuach, Clancy and Chris George. Ovitz is aboard to executive produce the project, which will it proceed, would be the former Wally Disney Co. topper and CAA co-founder's first television on-screen credit. Grillo-Marxuach (Lost), George and Clancy would executive produce Homeland Security alongside Ovitz. TNT Productions will produce the project. Homeland Security marks an infrequent television effort for Clancy, whose large-screen efforts have incorporated adaptations from the quest for Red-colored-colored October, Patriot Games, Apparent and provide Danger and The sum All Fears. The initial book in Clancy's NetForce series was modified just like a telefilm with Scott Bakula in 1999. TNT can also be developing a drama project from CSI's Carol Mendelsohn based on Susannah Charleson's Scent in the Missing. The cable network's development slate includes possible series from Mark Burnett and drama project H.I.K.E., co-put together by Forest Whitaker, among other projects.
